Customer Success Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Customer Success Team Leader to drive the success of our international client base. In this player‑coach position you will manage a global team of Customer Success Managers while directly owning key accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and measurable ROI from our AI‑powered platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop an international team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a consultative, value‑driven culture.
• Maintain a personal book of business, partnering with strategic accounts to understand financial and operational workflows and to steer high‑impact professional services and AI implementation projects.
• Define operational goals with clients, conduct regular business reviews, and demonstrate concrete financial returns.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, providing strategic guidance to resolve blockers.
• Ensure consistent execution of onboarding, training and support processes across regions.
• Monitor usage, adoption and engagement metrics to proactively reduce churn and identify growth opportunities.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to Product and Operations teams, influencing the platform roadmap.

Required profile

• Player‑coach mindset with a passion for both direct customer interaction and team leadership.
• Strong background in management consulting, fintech, implementation or other project‑oriented environments.
• Proven analytical ability to discuss financial metrics, ROI and complex software implementations; AI project experience is a plus.
• Fluency in at least two languages (bilingual preferred).
