About the role
We are seeking a proactive Help Desk Technician to join our IT team supporting automotive dealership operations in Colombia. The role involves delivering first‑line technical assistance, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations for end‑users.
Key responsibilities
- Answer support calls, create tickets, and provide timely updates.
- Troubleshoot hardware, PCs, servers, Wi‑Fi, networking equipment and printers.
- Coordinate with other technicians to resolve complex client issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the ticketing system.
- Monitor assigned tickets, keep clients informed, and recommend day‑to‑day fixes.
- Assist with software installations, DMS setup, and remote monitoring tools.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of IT Help Desk or Systems Administration experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Microsoft and Cisco certifications are a plus.
