About the role
The Key Account Manager will be based in Bogotá and will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with DACK’s most important customers in the agricultural commodities sector. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored business plans for each key account.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase sales of pulses, grains, nuts, sugar and feed ingredients.
- Provide proactive, high‑quality customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with growers, suppliers and logistics partners to guarantee reliable supply chains.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present results to internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management, preferably with key accounts.
- Strong background in business planning and strategy execution.
- Excellent analytical abilities to assess market data and business opportunities.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Agribusiness or a related field.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
