LATAM Internship Program – Scale Program Intern (Colombia)

About the role

Join Salesforce's Futureforce internship program in LATAM for a 1‑year, hands‑on experience supporting the Scale Program across the region. You will work within the Alliances & Channels team, helping to recruit, onboard and manage AI‑focused partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of the Scale project in LATAM, including partner recruitment and onboarding.
• Track partner activities such as enablement, pipeline generation, progression and deal closures.
• Monitor consumption on deals involving Scale partners and run periodic business reviews.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree, graduating between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Strong academic record with excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a passion for technology, business partnerships and customer success.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and partner management processes.
