About the role
Lead a team of Account Executives across Central America and Colombia to drive growth of Salesforce Marketing Cloud digital solutions. Shape the go‑to‑market strategy, forecast revenue and build executive relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, coach and mentor Account Executives to generate pipeline and close deals.
- Own regional go‑to‑market strategy, including revenue forecasting and sales activity reporting.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders at the executive level to craft compelling points of view and close strategic deals.
- Represent Marketing Cloud at local and corporate events to strengthen brand presence.
Required profile
- 5+ years leading a sales team in enterprise software or IT.
- Proven track record of prospecting, opening new accounts and growing existing ones.
- Deep knowledge of the Central America market, including regulatory nuances and buying behaviors.
- Experience building C‑suite relationships and developing strategic account plans.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
