Scale Program LATAM Internship – Partner Management

About the role

Join Salesforce's Futureforce internship program in LATAM for a 1‑year immersive experience. You will support the Scale Program within the Alliances & Channels team, gaining hands‑on exposure to partner management, business operations, and sales strategy across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of the Scale project across LATAM.
• Recruit new AI‑focused partners and manage onboarding.
• Track partner activities, enablement, pipeline generation and deal closures.
• Monitor consumption strategies for deals involving Scale partners.
• Conduct periodic business reviews with partners to evaluate performance.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree, graduating between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Strong academic record with excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• Proactive problem‑solver, collaborative team player, and eager to learn.
• Passion for technology, business partnerships, and customer success.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce platform.
