Pre-Litigation Case Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join a leading personal injury firm on a remote basis. The role involves managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring smooth case progression and clear communication with clients, medical providers, and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee pre‑litigation personal injury cases, ensuring timely follow‑ups and resolution.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
• Obtain and track medical records, bills, and treatment progress.
• Communicate with insurance companies, draft demand letters, and support settlement negotiations.
• Prepare legal documents such as demand letters, medical chronologies, and case summaries.
• Organize case files, including police reports, witness statements, and medical records.
• Assist attorneys with settlement preparation and ensure compliance with legal deadlines.
• Generate case status reports and support the legal team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in personal injury pre‑litigation case management or a similar legal role.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management software.
