About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Bogotá office. You will help create a welcoming, inclusive environment while supporting daily operations and enhancing the experience of employees and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Greet visitors, manage sign‑in/out procedures, and ensure a comfortable lobby experience.
- Maintain a clean, tidy reception and lobby area, including stocking water, coffee, and other supplies.
- Order and manage office and lobby supplies as needed.
- Assist with meeting‑room and lunch setups when requested.
- Update and maintain policy and procedure documentation.
- Provide general administrative support and help with special projects.
- Back‑up the mailroom, including sorting invoices and mail during PTO coverage.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic office environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support multiple departments.
- Commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
