Sales and Customer Care Analyst – Andean Region

About the role

Join IFF’s Food Ingredients business in Bogota to support commercial growth through data‑driven insights, customer service, and operational excellence. You will work closely with sales, finance, and supply‑chain teams in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to sales teams via reporting, KPI tracking, and performance insights.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for commercial reviews and decision‑making.
• Monitor pipeline performance, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Manage customer requests, documentation, certifications, and commercial information.
• Coordinate product sample requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain customer platforms, databases, and commercial records.
• Support vendor management, purchase requisitions, and administrative coordination.
• Assist with travel arrangements, expense processing, and internal business support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, or business analytics (recent graduates with relevant internships considered).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
