Strategic Account Manager – Supply Chain & Retail (LATAM)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI company looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our LATAM team. You will act as a trusted advisor to leading retailers and supply‑chain organisations, bridging the gap between client needs and our AI platform that optimises inventory, replenishment and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales discovery with senior stakeholders (C‑level, VP Operations, Supply Chain Directors) to map processes, pain points and constraints.
• Collaborate with product, R&D and implementation teams to design feasible solutions, define resources and shape commercial proposals.
• Own post‑sales delivery, onboarding and go‑live, ensuring measurable adoption and value.
• Maintain long‑term relationships, identify organic upsell and expansion opportunities, and relay customer feedback to product leadership.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience inside supply‑chain or retail operations, not just theoretical knowledge.
• Background in consulting, system integration or technology resale within the supply‑chain/retail sector.
• Proven track record leading complex implementation projects (inventory, replenishment, WMS, demand planning, etc.).
• Deep familiarity with LATAM retail and supply‑chain markets, especially Mexico and Colombia.
• Fluent Spanish and excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in Colombia or Mexico and willing to travel across the region.
