Account Manager – US Market

About the role

Arches is expanding its Americas hub in Bogotá and seeks an Account Manager to own a portfolio of high‑value US client accounts across strategy consulting firms, investment funds, and corporate strategy teams. You will act as the primary commercial bridge, translating client research needs into successful expert engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted primary contact for key users, project leads, and decision‑makers across assigned US client accounts.
• Monitor account activity, identify upsell opportunities, reactivate dormant users, and introduce new Arches solutions.
• Conduct regular client check‑ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to build long‑term loyalty.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Client Solutions Specialists in Bogotá to turn client briefs into successful expert engagements.
• Proactively identify and resolve service delivery issues, ensuring clear communication when timelines are at risk.
• Maintain accurate account plans, revenue forecasts, and opportunity pipelines within the CRM.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B account management, client success, professional services, or commercial client‑facing experience.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing enterprise client relationships.
• Strong business judgment and confidence engaging with senior decision‑makers.
• Native or fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience using CRM systems and leveraging performance data for account strategy.
