Associate – Expert Sourcing & Outreach

About the role

Infoquest is looking for an Associate to join its fast‑growing expert network platform. You will act as the bridge between demanding clients and industry specialists, ensuring timely delivery of high‑value insights.

Key responsibilities

• Research and source subject‑matter experts using LinkedIn, databases and other online tools.
• Conduct cold‑calling, email outreach and messaging to engage potential experts.
• Negotiate participation terms and handle objections to secure expert commitments.
• Maintain daily and monthly outreach KPIs, contributing directly to revenue‑linked bonuses.
• Continuously learn new markets, industry trends and client needs to refine sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Resilience and confidence when making cold contacts.
• High emotional intelligence to build trust with experts.
• Ability to quickly absorb industry information and translate it into actionable sourcing plans.
