Bilingual Litigation Paralegal – Remote (US Payments)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual litigation paralegal to support plaintiff‑side employment matters for U.S. clients. This fully remote position involves managing high‑volume caseloads from intake through resolution, drafting key litigation documents, and assisting with both federal and state employment law issues.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and file complaints, amended complaints, EEOC charges, and other administrative filings.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
• Compose Rule 26 disclosures, deposition notices, subpoenas, and deposition summaries.
• Assist with witness preparation, trial preparation, and the creation of motions and supporting documents.
• Organize exhibits, maintain litigation files, and manage case calendars and court deadlines.
• Conduct factual investigations, review employment and wage records, and support attorneys with case strategy.
• Maintain accurate case notes, billing entries, and client communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in employment law.
• Proven ability to draft substantive litigation documents with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional organization, time‑management, and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with federal and state e‑filing systems.
