Business Development Specialist – Agency Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to recruit and grow social entertainment and livestreaming agencies for our global platform. You will introduce platform policies, support onboarding, and drive performance growth across agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit social entertainment and livestreaming agencies via social media, online communities, networking and market outreach.
• Introduce platform policies and cooperation opportunities to potential agencies.
• Manage onboarding process and monitor post‑onboarding performance growth.
• Conduct regular competitor research on product features, operational strategies and policy updates.
• Provide suggestions for policy optimization and operational improvements based on market insights.
• Deliver agency training, continuously upgrade training materials and methodologies.
• Collaborate with international teams across different time zones.

Required profile

• Innovative mindset with strong learning ability.
• Target‑ and result‑driven with strong execution capability.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to adapt in cross‑cultural and cross‑timezone collaboration environments.
• English proficiency is a strong plus.
• Experience in livestreaming, creator economy, social entertainment apps, agency operations or business development is preferred.
• Stable internet connection and reliable remote working schedule.
