About the role
ATAIN is seeking bilingual (English B2+) Customer Service Agents to join its Bogotá office. You will support major hospitality and tourism brands by handling inbound calls from interested customers, assisting them with inquiries, bookings and reservations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers interested in travel, hotel and airline services.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues and guide customers through the booking process.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
- High school diploma and availability to work onsite in Bogotá.
Required skills
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation.
