About the role
DiDi’s Dark Kitchen team helps restaurant partners grow by becoming the top choice for users. As a Senior Analyst you will drive brand deployment, support business developers, and strengthen relationships with restaurant clients across the country.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy the DiDi brand through training and development for partners nationwide.
- Enable business developers to meet high execution standards.
- Strengthen business relationships and gather insights to create actionable growth plans.
- Develop strategic partner relations for brand operations in multiple cities.
- Track performance metrics and optimize operational processes.
Required profile
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding of kitchen operations and ability to link business objectives with daily execution.
- Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent organization, planning, and follow‑up abilities.
- Strategic, data‑driven thinking with a high sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
