About the role
Join Sutherland as a High-Volume Recruiter, supporting the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and new hires while helping the company grow.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruiting and hiring efforts, including drug tests and background checks.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain organized candidate records using ATS and recruitment databases.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire and suggest improvements.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in high‑volume recruitment.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and initiatives efficiently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Ability to use MS Office applications.
