About the role

Join Sutherland as a High-Volume Recruiter, supporting the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and new hires while helping the company grow.

Key responsibilities

  • Support recruiting and hiring efforts, including drug tests and background checks.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain organized candidate records using ATS and recruitment databases.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular recruitment updates.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire and suggest improvements.

Required profile

  • 3+ years of experience in high‑volume recruitment.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules and initiatives efficiently.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Ability to use MS Office applications.
