Integration Technical Analyst

About the role

Doctoralia, a SaaS platform connecting healthcare professionals with patients, is looking for an Integration Technical Analyst. The role keeps the appointment schedules of integrated physicians running smoothly and is technically responsible for the day-to-day relationship between Doctoralia and the clinical management systems (PMS) connected to its platform. It covers incident resolution, onboarding support and proactive detection of problems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appointment schedules of each integrated physician.
• Resolve incidents and errors within agreed timeframes and provide technical support for onboarding new partners.
• Manage the incident queue end to end, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Support partner developers, manage API credentials and ensure compliance with Docplanner standards.
• Monitor integration availability proactively to detect broken or silent APIs.
• Create and maintain integration manuals and troubleshooting guides for each partner.
• Produce support materials (audits, videos, mapping logs) and run training for the Customer Success team.
• Build and maintain lightweight automations (scripts, flows, agents) to reduce manual work and detect anomalies.

Required profile

• At least 2-3 years of experience in technical support, integration support, QA, implementation or a junior backend/API role.
• Actual experience with a ticketing system and meeting agreed response times.
• Intermediate English (B2).

Required skills

• Solid, hands-on knowledge of REST APIs: Postman, JSON payloads, HTTP codes, webhooks and callbacks.
• Basic SQL and proficiency with a BI tool.
