Inventory & Operations Manager

About the role

The Inventory & Operations Manager will own end‑to‑end inventory visibility, purchase order coordination, and supply‑chain execution across multiple sales channels and fulfillment centers. This role ensures that inventory is planned, ordered, tracked, received, and allocated correctly to prevent stockouts, overstock, and shipment delays.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly PO planning, submissions, tracking, and vendor confirmations.
• Monitor inventory levels across fulfillment centers and all active SKUs.
• Run daily checks on key SKUs and immediately escalate stock‑out risks.
• Forecast demand for DTC, B2B, and Walmart channels.
• Handle Walmart inventory workflows using RJW and SPS Commerce.
• Upload reports into forecasting tools and review inventory recommendations.
• Lead weekly meetings to review POs, production, and shipments.
• Track inbound shipments and confirm receipt at the correct facility.
• Coordinate inventory allocation between fulfillment centers and channel needs.
• Maintain accurate PO, inventory, shipment, and forecast trackers.
• Document updates, risks, action items, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in inventory, supply‑chain, logistics, or e‑commerce operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Walmart operations, forecasting, and inventory planning.
• Experience using SPS Commerce for EDI, order management, or shipment workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to identify stock‑out risks and shipment delays early.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Availability to work full‑time EST.
