About the role
We are a global consulting firm seeking an IT Recruiter in Bogotá to identify and attract top technology talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of technical positions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full recruitment cycles for technology and related roles, from sourcing to offer.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Build and maintain pipelines of specialized IT candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for experience, motivation and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in internal tools and support employer branding initiatives.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with technology/IT profiles.
- Background in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong communication, organization and relationship‑building skills.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiarity with the technology talent market and ability to assess technical profiles.
