LATAM Sales Manager – Peru, Brazil & Colombia

About the role

We are expanding across Latin America and need experienced Sales Managers/Country Representatives to lead business development in Peru, Brazil and Colombia. The role focuses on driving growth for smart‑metering, renewable energy, energy storage, EV charging and micro‑grid solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans for the assigned country.
• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with utilities, power companies, government agencies, EPCs, system integrators and major commercial customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing, including tendering and project follow‑up.
• Monitor local energy policies, market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with HQ product, technical and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of B2B sales, project sales or key‑account management experience.
• Strong understanding of the local power and energy market and existing relationships with utilities, EPCs or distributors.
• Fluent Spanish for Peru/Colombia, fluent Portuguese for Brazil; additional languages (English or Chinese) are a plus.
