About the role
PriceSmart is looking for a People Organization Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of the Human Resources function. You will be the primary point of contact for employees, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate core People processes such as onboarding, off‑boarding, employee lifecycle changes, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR‑related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with the Regional Human Resources Manager to align HR strategies with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal audit controls.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or people‑focused roles.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience using Workday or similar HR information systems.
