Senior Graphic Designer (Branding Focus)

About the role

Outsourcing Advantage (OSA) seeks a senior graphic designer who lives and breathes brand identity. You will own branding projects from concept to delivery, working directly with clients to shape visual language and marketing collateral.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end branding and graphic design projects, from initial concept through final delivery.
• Create marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, booklets, and other literature.
• Collaborate directly with clients in a client‑facing capacity, communicating clearly in English.
• Manage multiple deliverables independently while maintaining high‑quality output.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional graphic design and branding experience.
• Proven ability to own branding projects from concept to final delivery.
• Portfolio showcasing real client branding work currently in active use.
• Experience working independently as the primary owner of design deliverables.
• Fluent English (minimum C1) for client‑facing communication.
• Availability to work during US Eastern Time business hours.
