Software Engineer (Ansible) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Software Engineer specialized in Ansible to automate server configuration and application deployment for enterprise Linux environments. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to high‑impact projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Ansible playbooks and roles for automated configuration management.
• Automate provisioning and deployment of applications across Linux‑based enterprise environments.
• Ensure infrastructure consistency and reliability through declarative automation and version‑controlled YAML configurations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Ansible workflows into broader CI/CD and orchestration pipelines.
• Optimize existing automation scripts to improve deployment speed, security, and scalability.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Software Engineering with a focus on automation.
• Proven expertise in automating server configuration and application deployment using Ansible.
• Hands‑on experience with YAML and configuration management in Enterprise Linux environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
