About the role

We are seeking a qualified lawyer to join a leading multinational in the vision‑care and optical industry. The role focuses on commercial and contract law matters, supporting internal clients and ensuring compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare legal opinions for internal clients.
• Identify and report legal risks across company operations.
• Draft, review and coordinate signing of contracts and amendments for the company and its parent entities.
• Maintain the contract tracking matrix and corporate documentation for all legal entities.
• Update intake forms and manage records in the Virtual Contract, Hiperlex and Legisway platforms.
• Provide legal support in consumer‑protection matters before the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce and defend the company’s interests under the Consumer Protection Statute.

Required profile

• Law degree from a Colombian university.
• Post‑graduate specialization in Commercial Law or Contract Law (preferred).
• 2‑4 years of experience in a legal role within the medical‑device or consumer‑goods sector, preferably with a multinational.
• Experience handling consumer‑protection and real‑estate matters.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level.
