Account Manager - Healthcare & Non-IT Staffing (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

A remote Account Manager position based anywhere in Colombia, focused on Healthcare and Light Industrial / Non-IT staffing. The role manages client relationships, drives business development, expands existing accounts and grows revenue, while managing candidate engagement from offer acceptance through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships, manage hiring requirements, resolve escalations and ensure client satisfaction
• Identify and acquire new clients, generate leads, develop opportunities and convert prospects into active accounts
• Expand existing accounts, generate additional requisitions, find cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue and profitability
• Use Healthcare and Light Industrial / Non-IT staffing experience to understand client needs and coordinate recruitment delivery
• Partner with recruiting teams to improve candidate quality, turnaround time and hiring outcomes
• Maintain candidate engagement during interviews, offer negotiations, acceptance, documentation and onboarding to minimise dropouts
• Track account performance, sales pipelines, revenue growth, client satisfaction and recruitment metrics

Required profile

• 6+ years of overall experience in staffing and recruitment, including at least 3+ years in account management
• Proven experience in client management, business development, account mining and revenue growth
• Experience in Healthcare and/or Light Industrial / Non-IT staffing, preferably supporting US clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams
• Willingness to work US business hours as required
