Account Manager – IT Services (Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead and grow our technology portfolio in the US market while operating from Colombia. You will act as a trusted strategic partner, helping clients navigate digital transformation and ensuring long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive account plans to maximize value and profitability.
• Identify and develop up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead consultative sessions with C‑level executives and directors.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and project leaders to guarantee flawless service delivery.
• Diagnose operational or technological pain points and propose tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring transparency of forecasts and pipeline health.
• Represent the brand in client spaces, strengthening engagement and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing and growing complex technology accounts.
• Native or professional English fluency (C1/C2) to serve the US market.
• Strong consultative sales and key‑account management expertise.
