Account Manager – Telecommunications (Bogotá)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented professional to join our client’s team in the telecommunications sector. In this role you will build and strengthen customer relationships, identify new growth opportunities, and prepare comprehensive reports for clients and headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen customer relationships, meet their needs, and deliver presentations.
• Create offers that comply with client bidding requirements.
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities for the company.
• Communicate client status updates to internal teams.
• Prepare progress reports for clients and headquarters.
• Conduct studies of major clients and the telecommunications market in Colombia.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications commercial area.
• Knowledge of basic telecommunication concepts and products.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Experience delivering client presentations.
• Conversational English for communication with Chinese colleagues and leaders.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary range: 8,000,000 – 10,000,000 COP per month.
• Indefinite‑term (permanent) contract.
• On‑site work in Bogotá with immediate start.
