Accountant – Property & Tax Management

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant to join our team in Bogotá, supporting key accounting and compliance functions across multiple locations. The role focuses on property‑related financial operations, ensuring accurate payments and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process rent and property tax payments accurately and on schedule.
• Manage utility bill payments, guaranteeing timely and correct processing.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain precise financial records.
• Support month‑end close activities, including accruals and financial reporting.
• Assist with compliance activities related to property management and taxation.
• Maintain relationships with landlords and utility providers, ensuring contractual compliance.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights on trends and business impacts.
• Contribute to additional accounting and finance initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably as a Staff Accountant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with account reconciliations and month‑end close activities.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
