Accounting & Tax Supervisor (RDC)

About the role

TMF Group, a provider of administrative services including accounting, tax, payroll, fund administration, compliance and entity management, is looking for an RDC Accounting & Tax Supervisor. The role leads and oversees accounting and reporting operations within a centralized delivery model, for experienced accounting professionals with strong leadership skills who can manage teams while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate execution of general accounting and reporting processes, with guidance and oversight
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback and performance support
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve complex accounting matters
• Monitor and evaluate team performance against KPIs and objectives, driving productivity and quality improvements
• Act as subject matter expert on local accounting standards, policies and procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and disputes
• Prepare and deliver regular reports and performance updates to senior management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field (advanced degree or professional certification preferred)
• At least 7 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Proven experience leading teams in a BPO / SSC / centralized delivery model
• Experience overseeing reconciliation processes and resolving discrepancies
• Fluent English (written and spoken), C1 level or at least strong B2
