About the role
The Accounts Payable Representative will handle daily accounting activities with a focus on accounts receivable and customer service, ensuring accurate processing of payments and refunds.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with credit card payment processing, troubleshoot online payment issues, and apply payments/credits to correct customer accounts.
- Coordinate with corporate office on refund requests, unapplied payments, and settle outstanding customer or COD accounts.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone or email, process billing, and support collections to minimize DSO.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information and contribute to quality system updates.
Required profile
- Technologist or professional degree in Administration, Finance or related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in finance/accounting, call centre or customer service environment.
- Strong English communication skills (B2+ or C1).
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
