Accounts Payable Specialist – Finance Team

About the role

Join our finance team as an Accounts Payable Specialist reporting to the Business Controller. You will ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting and provide timely insights to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Control and reconcile accounts, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and bank accounts.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, and collections to maintain accurate cash flow.
• Prepare accounting reports and schedules for internal and external reporting, including consolidation, cash flow, and budgeting.
• Support cost accounting and budgeting activities, performing variance analysis and cost allocations.
• Collaborate with finance colleagues and other business units to improve processes and strengthen controls.

Required profile

• Experience in accounting or financial control with solid understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate financial topics clearly to non‑specialists.
• Organized, accurate, and curious about improving processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using reporting tools to generate financial insights.
