Ad Sales Manager – Colombia

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Ad Sales Manager to lead our advertising business in Colombia. You will work with top global brands such as Tinder, OneFootball and WeTransfer, driving programmatic and branding‑driven campaigns for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Position and sell ad products from Tinder, OneFootball, WeTransfer and other premium platforms in the Colombian market.
- Prospect, develop and close new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships to expand revenue streams.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling programmatic or branding‑driven digital advertising.
- Track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Fluent English and strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Self‑motivated “hunter” mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent time‑management, problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
