About the role
UPS is hiring an Admin. Associate II for its Distribution Operations team in Colombia. The position provides customer support on order confirmation and invoicing, working from the logistics terminals near the Siberia-Tenjo road. It is a permanent, fully onsite role.
Key responsibilities
- Confirm orders in the system so that automatic invoicing can start.
- Track each processed warehouse order until the physical invoice is received.
- Download and print invoices from the platform on the computer assigned by the client.
- Create document packages for shipments and check the document checklist for distributor orders.
- Keep track of documents issued per order in Excel.
Required profile
- Technical degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Work location: KM 1.5 on the Siberia-Tenjo road, Logistics Terminals of Colombiagrad A13.
