About the role

Growth Acceleration Partners is seeking highly skilled technology professionals across Latin America to join our fast‑growing remote engineering teams. This open‑interest posting targets Software Engineers, QA Automation Experts, Data Professionals, and DevOps Specialists ready to own end‑to‑end delivery of scalable, high‑quality solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test, and deploy secure software, data pipelines, or cloud infrastructure tailored to client needs.
• Take full ownership from requirements gathering through production release and ongoing monitoring.
• Integrate AI‑assisted developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code into daily workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into resilient architectures.
• Participate in peer code reviews, architectural design sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years (advanced) to 10+ years (staff/principal) of professional experience in your IT domain.
• Legally authorized to work and physically located in Latin America.
• Proven track record delivering high‑quality solutions in fast‑paced, product‑driven or client‑facing environments.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) with distributed, remote‑first teams aligned to US business hours.
• Advanced English proficiency for clear communication with US stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in at least one core domain.NET, Java, Node.js, Python, Ruby, React, Angular, Vue.js, iOS, Android, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), IaC (Terraform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Fundamentals: Git, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, automated testing principles.
