Affiliate Security Officer

About the role

As Affiliate Security Officer, you will lead Information Security at Masiv, making sure security is embedded in the business, technology, projects and operations. You will act as a trusted security partner to the business, working with Technology, Sales, Legal and other stakeholders to manage risk and turn security objectives into clear priorities. The role combines security leadership, governance, risk management, compliance, incident management and stakeholder engagement, with close collaboration with the Global Security organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Masiv's Information Security function and strategy, embedding security across the business, technology, projects and operations.
• Assess and drive security maturity, turning risks and improvement opportunities into a prioritized roadmap.
• Lead security governance, risk and compliance, including the ISMS, ISO 27001, policies, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Lead security incident management, coordinating the local response and following up on lessons learned.
• Partner with Business and Technology, and support customer-facing security activities and discussions.
• Lead and develop the local Information Security team.
• Report on Masiv's security posture, maturity, risks and roadmap to the Global Security organization.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience leading Information Security teams or functions, with responsibility for people leadership, strategy and decisions.
• Strong professional experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Practical experience with ISO 27001 / ISMS, security risk and incident management, and security strategies and roadmaps.
• Advanced written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Nice to have: regulated industries (e.g. financial services), enterprise security audits, telecommunications or multinational experience, and additional security certifications.
