Agile Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead engineering teams in delivering software projects efficiently using Agile practices. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional work, tracking progress, and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple Agile projects from planning through delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Track work and progress in Jira and create dashboards and reports in Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, product, QA, and business teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive their resolution.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of Agile processes.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting, planning, and overall project efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience supporting software development teams.
• Strong background working in Agile environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience managing several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to identify risks and drive projects to successful completion.
