AI Business Consultant (Retail-CPG Strategy and SaaS)

About the role

Join Kuona's Customer Success team as an AI Business Consultant, helping leading Consumer Goods and Retail companies in LATAM maximize value from our AI platform. You will become an expert user of the platform and support clients in pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert user of the Kuona platform and assist clients in daily usage.
• Support onboarding and implementation for a portfolio of clients, ensuring rapid adoption.
• Analyze platform‑generated data (prices, promotions, elasticities, margins, sell‑out) to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
• Prepare clear analyses and presentations, including business reviews that demonstrate ROI.
• Track platform usage, propose improvements, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or client‑facing roles.
• Experience with strategic consulting firms is highly valued.
• Background working with CPG or retail clients is preferred.
• Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) or pricing/promotions is desirable.
• Professional working English.
