About the role
Capgemini Engineering is looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to help clients identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable AI‑powered business solutions. The role blends consulting, solution architecture, AI engineering, and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to uncover automation potential and design AI, Generative AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI architectures aligned with business goals.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops and stakeholder interviews, and conduct feasibility, complexity and risk assessments for automation initiatives.
- Develop prototypes, proofs of concept and production‑ready AI solutions, defining governance, monitoring and adoption frameworks.
- Support Azure‑based multi‑cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines and operationalization of AI solutions.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, AI, Automation, Digital Transformation or Solution Consulting.
- 3+ years designing, developing or implementing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
- Proven experience engaging senior business stakeholders and leading discovery workshops.
- Experience mentoring teams.
