Allegra Brand Marketing Analyst

About the role

Opella, a B Corp self-care company with a large OTC, vitamins and supplements portfolio including Allegra, is looking for a Brand Marketing Analyst. You will support the execution and analysis of brand and marketing initiatives, help maintain consistent brand positioning and contribute to growth aligned with local business priorities, while collaborating with experienced colleagues and building your marketing capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of regional marketing plans to contribute to sales and market share objectives.
• Collect, analyse and track key business indicators such as market data, prescription trends, sell-in, sell-through and inventory days to support local decisions.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Trade and Supply teams and external distributors to ensure product availability and the execution of campaigns and market activities.
• Support the Medical team in planning and implementing medical strategy activities.
• Assist with the development and monitoring of digital marketing activities with the internal media team and external agencies.
• Provide operational and analytical support for pre-marketing, product launches and post-launch follow-up.
• Track promotional and media budgets and support the allocation and control of resources for local initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Commercial Marketing or similar roles.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Desirable: exposure to digital marketing, product launches, medical marketing activities and budget tracking.

• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret business indicators such as market performance, prescriptions, sales and inventory.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills, managing multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams, distributors and external agencies.
