Amazon Operations Manager

About the role

Hustler Marketing is looking for an Amazon Operations Manager to support its clients' Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts. The role covers inventory management, shipment coordination, promotions, product launches, content uploads and reporting, across the UK, EU, US, Canada, Mexico, Australia and Japan. It is fully remote, with a 30-day notice period after probation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of clients' Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts across marketplaces
• Set up, monitor and manage inventory, identify replenishment priorities and recommend actions on overstocked items
• Coordinate shipments to Amazon warehouses and support new product launches
• Upload and update product content, and monitor listing performance
• Analyze sales and inventory data to spot growth opportunities and prioritize products
• Interact with Amazon Support to resolve operational issues and create reports on sales, inventory and performance
• Investigate unfamiliar problems, propose solutions and implement agreed actions
• Take part in regular training, feedback and professional development sessions

Required profile

• Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Experience with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar
• Strong analytical mindset, comfort with spreadsheets and numerical data
• Detail-oriented, organized, accountable and able to work remotely in a collaborative way
• Excellent English; fluency in additional European languages is a plus
