Store Execution Specialist (Modern Channel) - Striker

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Store Execution Specialist (Striker) to cover Bogotá and surrounding areas, including Chía, Cajicá, Madrid and other locations in Cundinamarca. The role builds a portfolio of hypermarkets, supermarkets and impulse accounts by applying agreed merchandising standards, ensuring maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products and perfect execution of model store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Cover the assigned database and complete all calls allocated to the territory
• Visit all agreed outlets at the right frequency in a cost-effective way, building strong customer relationships
• Influence orders so Red Bull SKUs stay in stock and on display, and maintain stock levels for continuous availability
• Implement Perfect Store standards and secure and improve the agreed in-store brand presence
• Ensure POS displays are correctly sited and up to date, and that agreed promotions run from day one
• Complete all required monthly administration on time and accurately, and implement head office agreements

Required profile

• University degree
• Valid driver's license
• Proven track record in sales
• Previous experience in FMCG, preferably in branded goods or retail
• Strong ability to build and manage business relationships, and strong selling, communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Clear understanding of the off-premise channel (retail, impulse, non-traditional)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); mobile Field Force Automation tools preferred
