Americas Pricing Manager

About the role

The Americas Pricing Manager will join the Tools and Outdoor Pricing Strategy Organization, supporting North and Latin America. Reporting to the Americas Pricing Leader, you will translate pricing strategy into execution, driving profitable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute pricing strategy for everyday and promotional pricing, including price increase modeling and pack architecture recommendations.
• Own inflation response modeling, building SKU‑level price increase models and supporting customer pricing negotiations.
• Maintain and expand competitive price tracking across the Americas.
• Support RGM promo effectiveness programs, including post‑mortems, ROI measurement and promo insight analysis.
• Contribute to price‑volume‑mix reporting, SKU‑level performance tracking and monthly price insights.
• Apply price elasticity models to pricing and promotion decisions and integrate outputs into tools.
• Develop and promote customer pricing tools such as SAP C11 dashboards and price walk analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and business‑acumen skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
