About the role
The Business Process Improvement Analyst will support Mastercard's Data & Services Client Services organization by ensuring staffing resources are aligned with client engagement needs. Working closely with squad leads, cluster managers, and the Business Partner team, the analyst will help optimize resource utilization and maintain high service delivery standards.
Key responsibilities
- Aggregate regional staffing requirements and prioritize them across product lines.
- Assign resources to client engagements based on predefined criteria to maximize utilization.
- Maintain internal system settings throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Track and report regional utilization indicators, accounting for leaves, relocations, and part‑time staff.
- Collaborate with squad leads and people managers to translate performance evaluations into development opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of client services operations within a data‑driven environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced setting.
