Analyst, Corporate Services & People Analytics

About the role

Visa is seeking an Analyst for Corporate Services & People Analytics to support data‑driven insights across People and Corporate Services domains. The role focuses on analytics, reporting, visualization, and data management for global and regional stakeholders, especially in corporate services such as real estate, safety, security, and culinary operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support global and regional stakeholders by analyzing people and corporate services data and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc reports, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, and develop executive‑ready reporting materials.
• Investigate data quality issues, perform data extraction and transformation using SQL or Python, and support data governance practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners across People Analytics, Finance, Talent, Inclusion, and other stakeholder groups.
• Leverage Generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency, automation, and documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, HR, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
