Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, project profitability analysis, revenue recognition, and accounting operations while partnering with internal stakeholders and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee accounting and financial analysis activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and accruals to meet performance targets.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support revenue recognition processes and ensure budget accuracy within financial systems.
• Manage invoicing, client billing inquiries, cash collection, and optimize Days Sales Outstanding.
• Supervise, coach, and develop finance team members through training and performance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A experience.
• At least 2 years of people management or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger accounting principles and advanced analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
