Contra Analyst

About the role

The Contra Analyst applies subject‑matter expertise to solve complex business issues and supports the development of business plans and forecasts. The role works independently on statistical and financial models while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex data and business analyses to develop plans and recommendations.
• Construct statistical and financial models to forecast performance and define performance metrics.
• Lead time‑sensitive market research projects, synthesize trends and advise next steps.
• Work with business leaders to create and present contra revenue forecasts and variance reports.
• Identify and apply cutting‑edge analytical tools and methods for decision‑making.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance or related areas.
• First‑level university degree.
• Strong analytical thinking, data manipulation and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
