Pricing & Structuring Associate

About the role

As a Pricing & Structuring Associate at Anchor Loans, you will support financial analysis, modeling, and structuring of loan transactions across the firm’s lending platform. You will work closely with analysts, senior associates, and leadership to evaluate investment opportunities and ensure accurate deal modeling.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate loan transactions and investment opportunities.
• Support structuring and pricing of deals by analyzing performance, risk factors, and return metrics.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario testing to assess impact of key assumptions.
• Prepare preliminary terms, loan term sheets, and supporting analyses for new transactions.
• Assist in preparing investment committee materials, including financial summaries and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, real estate finance, private credit, or financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
