Analyst I – Data Auditing & Revenue Recovery

About the role

PRGX is seeking an Analyst I to join its data‑analytics team in Colombia. The analyst will work independently to audit client data, identify billing errors and recover lost revenue for a global portfolio of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end audits using client data to detect errors and generate revenue‑recovery claims.
• Review contracts, agreements and electronic documents to support claim validation.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide senior‑level research and input on claims challenged by clients.
• Analyze client claim procedures and business operations to recommend improvements.
• Perform quality‑control audits and mentor less‑experienced auditors.
• Share best practices and deliver training sessions for audit staff.
• Assist in designing project tools and develop new audit concepts to increase recoveries.
• Navigate core ERP systems and recommend process enhancements.

Required profile

• 2‑3 + years of professional experience in accounting, auditing or related finance functions.
• Fluent English and authorized to work in Colombia without sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable and procurement processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet audit cycle deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, queries).
• Microsoft Access.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with core ERP systems.
